Cheer Leader

Everyone needs a cheerleader. The key to motivation in any business is gratitude. Simple words like “Please” and “Thank You” are often all it takes for one to feel appreciated and avoid your team from feeling less than satisfied or disgruntled.

The funny thing about praise is that it starts to breed in a good way. When you lead and set an example of gratitude, others in your company catch the wave and ride it with you.

Whether it’s a parent, spouse, friend or mentor, when someone completely believes in you, you start believing in yourself the same way. And that really makes all the difference.
