Fear kills success

Fear has killed more dreams than failure ever did.

Nobody is saying that you should not fear anything, because that would be unnatural. All you have to do is learn to control and exercise that fear. If you can manipulate your fear, the possibility of your fear controlling you is already null.

Tactically, the obvious choice is to analyse the costs and benefits of making a decision you're hesitant to make. The other and equally important factor is your gut feeling. Trusting your natural instincts in a business is something most people fail to achieve. Even if you go with your gut feeling and you turn out to be wrong in the long run, that’s okay. Making a mistake is the best way to learn to not repeat it ever again. If you fear making a mistake, then you suffocate your ability to achieve.
