Say no

Its the simplest to understand and hardest to execute.
We often find ourselves incapable of saying NO, incapable of firing people, hesitant to ,ale tough choices. But when you're in business, you need to make those choices, however hard it might be. It could be anything, perhaps laying a worker off or making the choice of not engaging in unethical / illegal activities, even if its under pressure from your superiors.

We all have values, we all have principles, but not all of us have what it takes to live up to them. How you make your money is just as important as how much you make. If you're an entrepreneur / business person, you will face tough choices and you will have to fire people, it comes with the job.
