Company culture is a Religion not a SERMON

This quote is as simple as it sounds. Company culture isn't just about preaching and talking about in meetings. It is something that needs to be rigorously practiced as well, especially by the senior management in a company to set an example for the others. Practice and preach goes hand in hand as one without the other won't be enough to establish a firm culture.

When this is carefully reinforced and executed at all levels in a company, it also creates a sense of confidence within the firm.
